Explosion of Samsung Note 7's - Samsung throws in the towel for good

In spite of the recent recall of all Galaxy note 7's because the risk of explosion is high, some more Samsung Note 7's have blown up all around the world. Worst part is that those new explosions happened on cellphones had already been checked by the after-sales services. As a consequence, the South Korean Goliath has decided to stop producing one of their flagship cellphones.

The problem occurred even with replacement phones.  In a press release, Samsung even told all users to completely turn off their cellphones and not use them. The issue is thus much more important than a simple case of battery problem.  The motherboards’ built quality might be to blame in this whole ordeal. Bad news for French people, the cellphone has not come out, and will not come out until Samsung has figured out what is causing their devices to blow up. As of now, it is still unknown to us how Samsung plans to recall their faulty productions.

Big  financial blow for Samsung

This blow up ordeal is set to have two major consequences for Samsung. The first backlash is a total loss of trust on the users’ part who will most likely not buy any other Samsung device anytime soon. The second one is the collapse of the stock that went down by 8% at the time of writing. One month ago, Samsung had already felt the heavy blow after a first recall in their warehouses, and this second disappointment may very well cost the South Korean firm three arms and five legs.  In other terms, Samsung will probably try to regain their customer’s trust and restore their corporate image. This task is indubitably the biggest challenge for Samsung who pays the price of a hasty and unprepared launch.  Instead of trying to compete with the IPhone 7 or other phablets,  Samsung just gave a significant leg up to its competitors …
